Can I personalize my order?
Yes! Most of our products can be personalized with names, dates, photos, monograms, or custom artwork. Look for the personalization fields on each product page, or contact us if you have a custom request that isn't listed.
What file formats do you need for a custom design?
High-resolution PNG, JPEG, or PDF files work best. If you're unsure about your file, send it our way and we'll let you know if it will engrave or print cleanly.
How long does an order take?
Most custom orders are completed within 3-7 business days before shipping, depending on order volume and complexity. Bulk and corporate orders may take longer — reach out for a specific timeline before ordering.
Do you ship, or is local pickup available?
We ship across the U.S., and local pickup is available in Riverview, FL for customers who prefer it. Choose your preferred option at checkout.
Do you offer bulk or corporate pricing?

Do you do live engraving at events?

Can I return or exchange a personalized item?
Because personalized and custom-made items are created just for you, they are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or with an error on our part. See our Refund Policy for full details.
How do I care for my engraved or printed item?
Hand wash with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners, prolonged soaking, and dishwashers, as these can dull engraving detail and UV print finishes over time.
