Pricing

Live engraving events start at $1,500 for a 2-hour on-site booking. This covers our equipment, setup and breakdown, and engraving service for your guests. Need more time or a specific item selection for your event? Let us know when you inquire and we'll build a custom quote around it.

Booking Details

  • Advance notice: We require a minimum of 3 weeks' notice to book an event.
  • Payment: Full payment is due before the event date to confirm your booking.
  • Location: Based in Riverview, FL — happy to travel to events around the greater Tampa Bay area. Share your event location when you inquire and we'll confirm availability and any travel details.

How It Works

  2. Plan together. We'll help you choose items to engrave that fit your event and budget, and confirm your quote.
  3. Book your date. Once your quote is approved and payment is received, your date is locked in.
  4. We show up and bring it to life. We arrive with everything we need and handle the engraving on-site from start to finish.
