Welcome to Whitney's Crafty Tings ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or purchasing from www.whitneyscraftytings.com (the "Site"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

  1. About Our Products We offer custom laser engraving, full-color UV printing, UV-DTF transfers, acrylic products, and corrugated yard signs. Because many items are handmade and/or personalized, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur between the product photos and the final item — this is a natural result of handcrafted, custom work and is not considered a defect. 
  2. Custom Orders & Submitted Content When you submit text, photos, logos, or artwork for personalization, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it, and you grant us permission to reproduce it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We reserve the right to decline any order containing content that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes on third-party rights (including copyrighted characters, logos, or trademarks we are not authorized to reproduce).
  3.  Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at checkout via our secure payment processor. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
  4.  Order Acceptance & Production Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We will confirm your order and estimated timeline by email. Once production has begun on a custom item, the order cannot be modified or cancelled (see our Refund Policy).
  5.  Shipping & Risk of Loss Shipping timelines and methods are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  6.  Intellectual Property All content on this Site, including product photos, designs, and text, is the property of Whitney's Crafty Tings and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
  7.  Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whitney's Crafty Tings is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
  8.  Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  9.  Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
