Processing Time

Most custom and personalized orders are handmade to order and require 3-7 business days for production before they ship. Bulk and corporate orders may require additional processing time — contact us for an estimated timeline before ordering if your deadline is time-sensitive. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, size, and destination. We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery time after processing is typically 3-7 business days, depending on the shipping method selected and your location. 

Local Pickup 

Local pickup is available in Riverview, FL for customers who prefer to skip shipping. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout, and we will contact you to arrange a pickup time once your order is ready.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package to your door. 

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume around holidays. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if your order is affected.
